To people who feel...

Year 2005 started on a sombre note.
Thousands of lives were not spared in the tidal wave
catastrophe which struck Asia.

Images of people grieving over their
loved ones, stranded homeless and
helpless children wandering the streets, not knowing what
their future will bring, still remain vividly in our minds.
We could have been one of them.

We count ourselves lucky in Singapore.
We would never be able to imagine ourselves
in that situation.

However, we can help.

We at Temasek Design School want to
contribute our efforts to the victims
of the tsunami disaster.
Not pity, but the respect for people
who survived and have the strength to
carry on with life.

Also for the people who have contributed
graciously and selflessly in any way
towards this disaster that shook
the world.

You can do your part as well.

Help is never too much or too little.
As an initiative from Design Studies Club in
Temasek Design School, Temasek Polytechnic, we
organised a charity gig to raise more funds
for the victims.

We hope you can come and support this
worthy cause as we present
SOUND_RELIEF@ZOUK - the charity gig.
